Summer 2009 Reading Suggestions

REGISTRATION BEGINS JUNE 1ST AT THE ADULT REFERENCE DESK
RULES:

1. Read four books or listen to four audio books between June 1 and August 1

2. For each book read, write the title, author, and a brief description on the
entry form. Check the box next to your favorite title.

3. Turn in your entry form at the Reference Desk to earn a book bag.
Your name will be also be entered to win one of the following prizes:
a Sony Reader, a $100 Lake Forest Chamber of Commerce gift
certificate, $50.00 gift certificate from a local resturant (Southgate,
Mia Francesca,The Grille on Laurel ($50 ea.) or one of 5 themed gift bags worth $50.
Prizes must be claimed by September 1 or another winner will be drawn.

4. You must be a Lake Forest resident 18 years or older to participate.

5. One entry for each resident cardholder.
