Lake Forest Library restores Audubons. John James Audubon engravings.

These John James Audubon "Birds of America" engravings have been located on the walls of the Library Friend's Reading Room for last 40 years. Memorial donations and Friends of Lake Forest Library funding enabled the completion of the restoration of all Lake Forest Library's Audubons. These exceptional Havell engravings, from the original double elephant folio edition, may be viewed in the Friends Reading Room.
