Residents and business owners are eligible for a Lake Forest Library card

To apply for a card, Lake Forest residents will be asked to supply:

1 – Picture ID: Drivers License or passport

1 – Proof of address:

Drivers License with Lake Forest address

Bill mailed to you at Lake Forest address

Check book with printed checks showing Lake Forest address

Business owners should contact the Circulation Department for further details on obtaining a Lake Forest Library card.

Teachers, students, and city employees living in unserved areas may use the Lake Forest Library. Limitations apply. Please call the Circulation Department, 847-234-0636, for further information.
