Cook with Books
Fourth Monday of each month
Bring mouth-watering cookbook photos to life! Make a dish to share with the group as we discuss the cookbook and the recipes we choose.
True Story Book Group
Second Wednesday of each month
Explore critically acclaimed nonfiction books with us. Find out for yourself that sometimes fact truly is stranger than fiction.
Mystery Book Group
Second Thursday of each month
Read book one from a different mystery series with us each month. Warning: You may get hooked on the whole series!

Third Thursday of the month
Dive deeper into fantastic books with the renowned book reviewer and discussion leader Judy Levin.
Great Books Discussion Group
First and Third Wednesdays of each month
Read classic and contemporary essays, short stories, plays, and poems selected by the Great Books Foundation, then enjoy a stimulating discussion of ideas.
The Poetry Group
Third Monday of each month
Do you like poetry, but aren't always sure what to make of it? Immerse yourself in verse during interactive presentations that inspire you to spend quality time with excellent works of poetry.
Forest Writers' Group
Second Saturday of each month
All writers are welcome to meet fellow writers, share your work, complete writing exercises, and exchange constructive feedback.
Books You Need to Read
Next Gathering: Tuesday, March 6 at 7:00 pm
This quarterly gathering, led by Librarians Kate and Liz, is a casual discussion of the latest bestsellers and other favorites. Great for book club title recommendations. You're welcome to bring a favorite book to share with the group as well.
