Library Board
The Library Board was established by City Ordinance in 1898 and governs the Library pursuant to the bylaws. The members of the Board are selected by the Caucus and appointed by the Mayor with approval by the City Council. Trustees serve a maximum of two three-year terms. Officers are elected annually in July.
