Spend some of your winter break with us! Why should adults have all the fun? Ring in the New Year in the Children's Library without having to stay up past your bedtime. We'll count down to noon with stories, crafts, and lots of fun, and then wake up the Library with noisemakers, bubble wrap, and balloons!
