Program Description


This event is virtual and will take place on Zoom. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email with connection info for joining the virtual event. Please hold on to the confirmation email. A few minutes before the event start time, please use the connection info in the email to join us.

Learn basic yoga techniques such as breath work, postures, and meditation for inner peace and healing. Exercises can be performed in a chair if needed. It is recommended you have two blankets, two yoga blocks (two books will make a fine substitute, a yoga strap (a belt or towel will work too), and a yoga mat or soft surface to work with.
