Choose a wrapped book or audiobook from the Rotunda, the Teen Space, or the Children's Library, and discover a new favorite that you may never have picked up otherwise. Share your impressions of your Blind Date with us and be entered in a drawing to win a prize!

Blind Date with a Book for Adults
Discover a book you may never have chosen to read otherwise. Pick a wrapped book from the display in the Rotunda and check it out—no peeking!
Tell us how your blind date went by completing a Rate Your Date card, and be entered to win a $60 gift card.

Peek-a-Book for Teens
Teen Librarian Emmy is hot on the trail of good Young Adult books you might have missed. Check out a wrapped book from the display in the Teen Space.
Rate your Peek-a-Book for a chance to win a $20 gift card. Bonus entry if you email a Bookstagram* to teen@lakeforestlibrary.org.

"Be My Valentine" Book Surprise for Kids
You've been taught to never judge a book by its cover. Well, now's your chance, because you can't even see the cover! Pick out a wrapped book from the display in the Children's Library and prepare to be surprised. Will you love the book enough to be its Valentine?
