Program Description
Details
Register and join Chef Susan Maddox in person for appetizer and canapé inspiration this holiday season. Susan will demonstrate 3–4 recipes and explain various techniques involved in their preparation. Tasting samples will be provided! Susan has more than 30 years of culinary experience and currently teaches at the College of DuPage.

To respect the time of attendees and presenters, Library events begin on time. For events with limited capacity, only registered patrons are admitted.
