Mindfulness is the practice of being aware of and focusing on the present moment.

Miss Lani from Banner Day Camp teaches A-Z mindfulness techniques that can be practiced almost anywhere and anytime!

The consistent practice of mindfulness may positively affect areas of the brain associated with increased focus and memory and decreased stress and anxiety.
