Register or drop in for the ultimate Summer Reading party! Enjoy Kona shaved ice, face painting, balloon sculptures and bubbles with Vera the Balloon Lady, a one-man-one-dog circus show with Jared the Juggler and Meadow the Miniature Australian Shepherd at 1:30 pm, and kiddie rock with five-time Grammy nominee Justin Roberts at 2:30 pm. Not to mention a visit from a GREAT BIG CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE! If events need to move indoors, capacity will be limited to the first 100 youth registrants.
