Program Description

Details

Research consistently shows a positive correlation between self-compassion and positive mental well-being. Practicing self-compassion is a life-changing endeavor for many people and motivates us to make positive changes in our lives because we care about ourselves and the suffering we are experiencing in our lives and want to make progress and improvements.

Gain practical skills in this talk to help bring self-compassion into your daily life, develop tools to help handle difficult emotions with greater ease, and motivate yourself with kindness rather than criticism. Combining the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion will provide a powerful tool for emotional resilience in life.
