Primarily, I came to the Media Lab to convert my children's VHS tapes to digital media. I was taught how to make the conversion and edit it using Final Cut Pro. Additionally, I've learned about creating vector files and saving them as PDF files and how to use Airdrop to move files directly from one computer to another without an interface of cables and other general ways to navigate between my Apple devices. Using the Media Lab is my primary focus of coming to the library—as I get most of my books electronically!
