We're pleased to announce that in the coming months, the library catalog will be enhanced with the addition of the BiblioCore Discovery Layer. The goal of a discovery layer is to make the online catalog experience as rewarding as visiting the Library in person, where you can browse the shelves and discover an unexpected title you're interested in, as well as everything else the Library provides beyond collections.

You can expect an improved user experience, easier access to new and featured titles, and helpful integration of book lists, upcoming events, research tools, and more in search results.

The Library website will likewise get a facelift and rebuild (its first in seven years). Overall, we aim to organize information based on user behavior and needs, streamline content to be easier to find and read, and improve integration with the catalog. Stay tuned for details to come.
