Five ways to Celebrate "Library Card Sign-up Month" in Lake Forest

September 7, 2018 – LAKE FOREST Ill – Join Lake Forest Library, the American Library Association, and the "Incredibles" in celebrating National Library Card Sign-up Month throughout September!

Libraries nationwide provide universal access to print and online resources, enriching programs for all ages, STEAM and DIY workshops, tools for job seekers, quiet study space, public computers and internet access, technology and digital literacy classes, and so much more.

Whether you already have a library card or need an incentive to sign up for one, this September is the perfect time to learn more about the true value of this tax-paid community resource.

Here are five ways to celebrate how Lake Forest Library is "Incredible!"

Lake Forest Library is giving away keychains to everyone who visits the Library this September, while supplies last. It's perfect for attaching to your library card, so you'll never lose your card again!
Borrow an "Incredibles" DVD, video game, or book.
Complete a "My Library is Incredible because …" slip and return it to the Library's "How Are We Doing?" box in the lobby.
