Join your friends and neighbors to "read beyond the beaten path." You can:

  • Read or listen to books in new places, such as while camping in your backyard or basking at the beach.
  • Choose a new genre or topic or author.
  • Join a book group or attend an author talk at the Library.
  • Start your own book group with friends.
  • Read aloud as a family or dress up as characters and act out your favorite passages.
  • Create art or a game inspired by a book.
  • The possibilities are endless!

We can't wait to take the "read less traveled by" with you!
